The KS Series Gear Measurement Center employs the electronic generative measurementprinciple, integrating an integrated high-precision motion control system; a natural marble base;
imported high-precision linear rolling guides (Germany); a fully closed-loop motion control
system with high dynamic response; high-precision displacement sensors; and a high-speed
data acquisition system. The host machine boasts a well-optimized structural design, exceptionalrigidity, high measurement accuracy, stable measurement display, and an aesthetically refined
appearance.
测量主机采用四坐标轴测量系统,回转轴驱动采用美国分装式直驱电机、直线轴驱动采用日本交流伺服电机,回转轴光栅采用德国海德汉圆光栅,直线轴光栅采用英国雷尼绍直线光栅,全闭环运动控制;
测头可以配备瑞士 TESA 传感器,数字测头,雷尼绍 SP80H 三维测头。
The measurement host employs a 4-axis or 5-axis coordinate measurement system, withthe rotary axis driven by a modular direct-drive motor (USA) and the linear axes powered by
Japanese AC servo motors. The rotary axis integrates a HEIDENHAIN (Germany) circular grating,while the linear axes are equipped with RENISHAW (UK) linear gratings, enabling fully closedloop motion control. The probe interface can be confi gured with a TESA (Switzerland) sensor,digital touch probes, or a Renishaw SP80H 3D probe.
